Returns and/or Exchanges:

  • Milita Belleza does accept changes, in all its products. To make the change effective, the following process must be completed:
    • Deadline for changes : Customers have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange.
    • Product Conditions : Products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
    • Products eligible for exchange : Most of our products are eligible for exchange, unless otherwise specified due to hygiene or safety restrictions.
    • Change process :
      • To request an exchange, please contact us through our customer service.
      • Provide your order information and the reason for the change.
      • We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the change.
    • Shipping Costs : Shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of Milita Belleza.
    • Product inspection : Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection to verify that it meets the exchange conditions mentioned above.
    • Exchange Options : Once your exchange is approved, you will have the option to receive a replacement product or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Milita Belleza does not accept exchanges or returns on its products sent in good condition due to purchasing errors.

  • Milita Belleza does not accept exchanges or returns with products collected from the central warehouse, so the customer must know well about the product they are carrying and review the conditions in which it is.
